Overall, this product suits our needs perfectly. The amount of minerals in the water here seems excessive. Without filtration the water is potable just full of elements, including arsenic, calcium, manganese, iron, sulfur among others, which leave canning equipment, other clear and pans etc., cloudy and not appealing to use. This filtration system removes every bit of visual gunk. I am impressed.

The cooler does everything the catalog states. It is easy to use and fill and the water taste good. The cooler does get the water cool not cold. At this time I feel that the cooler is worth the money I spent on it. Oh, the water did not really get cool until the second day of use.

The metallic and chlorinated taste in our water is totally gone. It has been close to 2 months and the original filter is still working well. The water isn’t quite as cold as a refrigerator and immediately after pouring, it warms a few degrees in the basin. So you need a little patience if cold water is your thing. Otherwise it is a fantastic product.

Need to keep a constant 41 degree without having to lowered the temperature using the temperature button .Most of the time you get fresh water. And no cold water.
